Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an offset in supply amount decrease start times of fuel and combustion air so as to keep ratio of the fuel and the air approximately at a constant value by applying one pulse of a fuel pump drive signal after turning-off of an operation switch and using this pulse signal as a reference of supply amount decrease start time of the fuel and the air.
SOLUTION: At the time of starting combustion, an evaporator 1 is heated and a combustion air blower fan 24 is rotated so as to supply combustion air to the evaporator 1. Then, liquid fuel is supplied by a fuel pump 21 and vaporized fuel is mixed with the combustion air in the evaporator so as to form a premixed gas and is ignited by a burner head 4. At the time of turning off the operation switch 26, one pulse same as that of a fuel pump drive signal right before extinguishment of fire is applied to the fuel pump 21 so as to continue combustion, and then the fuel pump is interrupted. On the other hand, the combustion air blower fan 24 is braked by a means for subjecting an alternate current power source to half-wave rectification and the like to decrease air amount and then operation is interrupted.
