Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator supporting structure by which an oscillator can be supported stably and reduction in height can be accomplished.
SOLUTION: Supporting members 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d, 12e, 12f, each of which is made of a substantially Z-shaped thin metallic plate member, are provided with expanded parts 18a, 18b, 18c, 18d, 18e, 18f in the front ends. In the parts of split electrodes 16a, 16b positioned on the thickness directional upper side of an oscillator 11 in a node point N1, the supporting member 12a, 12b are fixed via the expanded parts 18a, 18b, while in the part of a common electrode 17 positioned on the thickness directional lower side of the oscillator 11 in the node point N1, the supporting member 12c is fixed via the expanded part 18c. Similarly, the supporting members 12d, 12e are fixed to the split electrodes 16a, 16b positioned on the upper side of a node point N2 via the expanded parts 18d, 18e, while the supporting member 12f is fixed to the common electrode 17 positioned on the lower side of the node point N2 via the expanded parts 18f. Consequently, the oscillator 11 is clamped from both of the upper and lower directions in the sandwich form so as to be supported and fixed by means of the supporting members 12a-12f in the two node points N1, N2.
