To reduce one-way clutch engagement shock by improving acceleration response when inertial traveling is shifted to acceleration in a gear ratio for transmission via an one-way clutch.
Until an acceleration operation time t2 from an inertial traveling start time t1, a motor torque target value tTm is set as tTmslip so that an input side revolving speed Nowci of an one-way clutch approaches an output side revolving speed Nowco, and that the difference of revolution of both of them is set as a target value tNowc=-50 rpm. Thus, The difference of revolution of the Nowci and Nowco is reduced at t2, and the acceleration delay of t2 to t3 is shortened, to reduce one-way clutch engagement shock just after t3. Furthermore, Nowc from -50 rpm gradually shifted to 0 at t2 and following time, and tTm=tTmslip is set in order to achieve this, to more surely relax the one-way clutch engagement shock.
