Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a controller for a molding machine which can perform a proper temp. control by providing a control part wherein temp. of an object to be controlled is detected through a temp. detector when the working time reaches a specified time and when the detected temp. does not reach a specified temp., it is judged to be abnormal.
CONSTITUTION: A control part 28 heats or cools an object to be controlled 14 through a temp. control part 16. In addition, the working time of the temp. control part 12 is measured through a timer part 26 and temp. of the object to be controlled is detected through a temp. detector 16 when the working time reaches a specified time and when the detected temp. does not reach a specified temp, it is judged to be abnormal. It is possible thereby to detect abnormal condition of the temp. detector, etc., and to prevent the object to be controlled from overheating or supercooling.
