Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute washing by sufficiently high temp. washing water even after the temp. of a washing room is lowered after a long stand-by time.
SOLUTION: This controller controls the on/off of a washing water tank heater so as to keep the temp. of washing water inside a washing water tank 24 by prescribed temp. The high temp. washing water of the washing water tank 24 is injected from washing nozzles 20 and 20 so as to wash tableware which is set inside the washing room 29. When the stand-by time of the tableware washing machine continues for a prescribed time in this kind of machine, the setting temp. of washing water temp. control is corrected to a high value so that influence under temp. reduction in the washing room 29 is compensated.
