Abstract:
To execute the vehicle navigation using a simple car-carried apparatus.
When a driver informs an operator of a destination, a base station 21 generates a route information file 44 from load map information 41, traffic information 42 and travel time information 43 and sends it to a vehicle navigator 11. The navigator 11 compares the measured current position with the position of an intersection, etc., contained in the route information file 44 and outputs instruction information suited to the current position with voice.
