Abstract:
To prevent a recording medium from damaging and soiling when the recorded recording medium is conveyed.
Spurs 21 abutting on the recording medium 11 on its outer periphery and for conveying the recording medium 11 are disposed oppositely to a discharge roller 10 for discharging record medium 11 recorded by a recording head 400a for performing recording by discharging ink. The spurs 21 have a shaft section 21a and a first and second gear sections 21b and 21c disposed axially in parallel in the shaft section 21a. The first and second gear sections 21b and 21c are disposed so that the phases of the tips are made to match with the shaft rotating direction of the shaft section 21a.
