Abstract:
To provide a technique which manufactures a device capable of utilizing a cooling effect by virtue of evaporation latent heat of water without waste with a water quantity always optimized at a low cost such that intake air of outdoor equipment reaches a limit of evaporation amount of water (saturated steam amount) with respect to an external environment changing every moment of climate, air temperature, humidity, load of outdoor equipment and the like.SOLUTION: A cooling device which cools outdoor equipment intake air of an air-cooling package with evaporation latent heat of water includes a mist spraying means which sprays misty water with respect to the outdoor equipment intake air, a short-circuit prevention fence for constituting the mist spraying means at a fixed distance from the outdoor equipment, a water retention and ventilation raw material 3 which is constituted on a suction port of the outdoor equipment intake air, a moisture amount measuring means which measures the extent of moisture amount of the water retention and ventilation raw material, an outdoor equipment operation detecting means which judges whether the outdoor equipment operates or stops, and a control device which increases or decreases a mist spraying amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
