Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm a reason afterward why inputted data are corrected.
SOLUTION: When inputted sales data are registered, and then the correction is instructed, a CPU 1 reads reasons for the correction from a correction processing table 2-5, and displays them as a list. When any correction reason is selected from among them, the CPU 1 updates the number of cases, the number of articles, and sum in a correction history management file 2-4 corresponding to the correction reason. At the time of checking/adjustment, the number of cases, the number of articles, and sum in the correction history management file 2-4 are report-printed for each correction reason.
