Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated core material sandwich panel which is designed in a proper size of a member to be high in rigidity and excellent in impact sound cut-off properties.
SOLUTION: In sandwich panel composed of a core material 11 molded in a corrugated shape and two plates 12 which are molded separately from the core material 11 and joined to the tops on both sides of the corrugated shape, in the top to at least one plate 12, the radius of curvature ρ on the top when the thickness tf of the plate, the thickness tc of the core material, and the opening angle θ of the top are given is formed to meet formula (A).
