Abstract:
To provide a cosmetic which affords, to its user, the change from chill to warm sense after its application, and is free from the sticky feeling and excellent in use feeling on its application.
This cosmetic is characterized by containing (a) 10 to 80 mass% hydrofluoroether having 5 mPa s viscosity at 25C (for example, methylperfluorobutyl ether, ethylperfluorobutyl ether, and the like), (b) 20 to 70 mass% polyhydric alcohol and (c) an emulsifying agent, and by being substantially free of water.
