Abstract:
PURPOSE: To promote the coupling work efficiency by providing a belt driven with a motor to a groove face having a V-shaped section and, at the same time, providing handle sections to a casing, and pushing the belt against the peripheral surface of a coupler to rotate.
CONSTITUTION: A belt 1 driven by a motor 6 is provided to a groove face having a V-shaped section. A roller instead of the belt can be available. Handles 8 and 9 are provided to a casing 4. The belt 1 is pushed against the peripheral surface of a screw type coupler 52 connecting reinforcing bars 50 and 51 to rotate. According to the constitution, the working hours can be reduced.
