This cover comprises a cover main body 1 to be detachably attached onto a wheelchair 2. The cover body 1 comprises a seat cover part 4 to be set on a seat part 3 of the wheelchair 2, an around it, a backrest cover part 6 to be set on a backrest part 5 of the wheelchair 2, and side plate cover parts 8 to cover side plates 7 of the wheelchair 2 are integrally formed. Armrest cover parts 11 to be set on armrest parts 10 of the wheelchair 2 are integrally provided with the side plate cover parts 8 at upper parts of the side plate cover parts 8. Rear-side side parts of the side plate cover parts 8 are sewn with side parts of the backrest part 6. A bag part 14 to detachably put to cover a front part of the seat part 3 of the wheelchair 2 is provided on the front back side of the seat cover part 4. A first installation piece 17 to be folded to a back upper part of the backrest part 5 of the wheelchair 2 is provided at an upper part of the backrest cover part 6.
