Abstract:
To provide a wheelchair which can be used even by a user in bad health, and which is usable for a single caretaker to move a plurality of subject people to be taken care of in a short time.
This wheelchair is provided with a frame 4, rotatable front wheels 9 and 9a provided on the frame 4, a pair of electric wheels 24 and 25 provided on the frame 4, sensors 56 and 57, an operation part 53, and a control part. As the operation part 53 is set to an operation position, the control part drives the wheels 24 and 25 till the sensors 56 and 57 detects prescribed distance to a wheelchair ahead of it. When the prescribed distance is reached, the wheels 24 and 25 are stopped.
