Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture covering sheet soft in touch with good productivity without developing environmental trouble such as solvent or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 100 pts. of thermoplastic urethane elastomer resin and 100 pts. of crosslinked acrylic ester elastic beads is extruded downwards from a twin-screw extruder at the resin temperature of 180°C. After that, the resin sheet, the temperature just below a mold lit having the width of 2mm and the length of 130mm of which is about 125°C, is cooled down by being brought into contact with guide rolls. Further, the sheet is taken off with take- off rolls, which rotate at the speed higher than the discharge speed of resin, so as to realize the degree of elongation of 10 in order to obtain covering sheet having the thickness of 500μm and the width of 52mm, on the surface of which a large number of fine unevenness having the width of 10-30μm are produced so as to develop soft touch feel.
