PURPOSE: To provide a crawler belt of a crawler type vehicle capable of preventing partial defect of rubber layer and lengthening the life of the rubber layer.

CONSTITUTION: In the crawler 10 of a crawler type vehicle formed with a rubber layer 14 on the grounding surface, by mixing short staple 16 in the rubber layer 14 in the condition of orientation at random, or forming the rubber by alternately laminating fiber sheets 18 and rubber sheets 15, the generation of crack 20 is prevented.
