Title:
CREEP TESTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3203509
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the addition of an impact to a tester by providing a load lever buffer mechanism to the side end part of a wt. mounting part.
SOLUTION: A feed screw 36 is rotated by a weight driving motor 42 to move a weight driving motor 42 to move a weight 10 to the moving original point in the vicinity of a fulcrum 25 and a test piece A is fixed to a chuck 13 in such a state that load is near to zero. Next, only by gradually moving the weight 10 in the side end part direction of a wt. mounting part along the rail of a load lever to move the same to the position generating predetermined stress in the test piece A, the predetermined arrangement of a tensile creep tester is completed. At this time, since the load applied to the test piece A increases smoothly and steplessly accompanied by the movement of the weight 10, it is prevented that impactive load is applied in the setting of load as is conventional to exert adverse effect on the test piece and an accurate test result is obtained. Further, constant stress can be easily applied to the fine irregularity of the cross-sectional area of the test piece.
