An object is to provide a crosslinked organosilicone resin which has a crosslinked structure formed by reacting a silicone or hydrocarbon having an alkenyl group at both ends thereof with a hydrosilyl group-containing organosilicone resin, is soluble with a liquid oil at room temperature, and forms a film by volatilization of the oil, and to provide a method for preparing the same and cosmetics containing the crosslinked organosilicone resin.
