Title:
CROSS POLARIZATION WAVE INTERFERENCE ELIMINATING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2674399
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To demodulate an input signal without bit errors even at the time of pseudo pull-in of a carrier wave by passing a coefficient reset signal of a coefficient control circuit detecting and generating the synchronization step-out of an input signal without delay at the time of resetting and passing a circuit with the prescribed delay time in releasing the reset.
CONSTITUTION: Synchronization step-out detectors 7 and 7' detect the synchronization step-out of an input signal, generating reset signals resetting the coefficient of coefficient control circuits 4 and 4'. Reset release delay circuits 8 and 8' receive the reset signal to pass it without delay at the generation of resetting and to pass it with a constant delay time when releasing the reset. The constant delay time should be longer than the time from the pseudo pull-in state to the correct pull-in state and be as short as possible so as to keep the operation of variable connectors 3 and 3' as long as possible within the range not causing bit errors due to the abnormality of the abnormal polarization. Thus, the demodulation can be performed without bit errors even at the pseudo pull-in time of the carrier wave.
