Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crude refuse treating machine which is made shorter in drying time and higher in performance.
SOLUTION: This crude refuse treating machine is provided with a lower heater 2 for heating the lower part of a tank 1 housing crude refuse, a lower part temp. detecting means 3 for detecting the temp. in the lower part of this tank 1, a lower heater control means 4 for maintaining the temp. detected by this lower part temp. detecting means 3 at a predetermined set value, an upper heater 5 existing in the upper part in the tank 1, an agitating means 6 for agitating the crude refuse, a vaporization deciding means 11 for deciding the vaporizing rate of the moisture from the size of ripples detected by a ripple detecting means 10 for detecting the change in the temp. in the lower part of the tank 1 and a fan 7 for transmitting the heat generated by the upper heater to the crude refuse. In such a case, the machine is provided with a fan control means 12 for controlling the driving of the fan 7 according to the output of the vaporization deciding means 11. This control means stops the fan 7 for the period decided to be before the vaporization of the moisture by the ripple detecting means 10, by which the timing to start the vaporization of the moisture from the crude refuse is expedited and the drying time is shortened.
