Abstract:
To provide a cupola pot carriage having a protective cover to prevent deposition of scattering splashes on a cable when pouring molten metal and molten slag into a cupola pot.
The cupola pot carriage electrically travels while loading a cupola pot storing molten metal and/or molten slag. The cupola pot carriage has an expandable protective cover to house a cable to supply the power to the cupola pot carriage.
