PURPOSE: To possess oxygen barrier properties and contrive an improvement in adhesion to a lid, by a method wherein adhesive polyolefin is exposed by the fringe part of an opening without exposing oxygen barrier property resin.
CONSTITUTION: Oxygen barrier property resin (b) is made into an intermediate layer and polyolefin (a) is laminated on both sides of the intermediate layer through adhesive polyolefin (c) in a belly part of a cuppy vessel (l). The adhesive polyolefin is exposed on the fringe part of an opening of the cuppy vessel (l). With this construction, at the time of hot welding to a lid of the cuppy vessel (l), the lid making polyolefin which does not contain nonolefin component into the surface is used and sufficient adhesive strength can be obtained. Then since the oxygen barrier property resin is not exposed on the fringe part of the opening like this, deterioration also in oxygen barrier properties is not generated.
