PURPOSE: To conduct operation such as inspection, exchange, etc., simply and easily by outward turning a substrate, on the inside of which a collector is installed, centering around a support shaft and largely separating the substrate from a feed rail while outward changing the direction of the collector.

CONSTITUTION: When a collector 34 is inspected and exchanged, a set screw 33 is removed, a substrate 32 is drawn out in the travelling direction of an electric car so that a vertical support shaft 31 is moved along the slots 30 of brackets 12A, 12B, and the substrate 32 is rotated to this side centering around said vertical support shaft 31 as shown in a vertual line when the vertical support shaft 31 reaches the outer ends of the slots 30. Accordingly, the collector 34 mounted inside the substrate 32 through a support means 35 is separated largely from a feed rail 5 while the direction of the collector 34 can also be changed outward.
