Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide curved chute mounting structure capable of easily mounting with a one-touch operation without requiring screw-tightening by providing a fitting shot provided with a connecting part and an insertion piece protruding on the side on a curved chute and providing a positioning projection and a groove hole on a mechanism plate
CONSTITUTION: The fitting slot 22 opened on a front side surface is provided on a front passage member 19a which comprises the curved chute 6, and also, the insertion piece 23 protruding from the side to the outside is provided protrusively integrally with it, and the groove hole to which the insertion piece 23 is connected is opened. The curved chute 6 is slid sideways as pressing on the mounting plane of the mechanism plate by fitting the circular hole 22b on one side of the fitting slot 22 in the positioning projection, respectively, and a circular hole 22a on the other side is fitted in the positioning projection. In this way. a small projecting piece 27 and the insertion piece 23 can be mounted at correct positions by inserting the former to the notched hole of the positioning projection and the latter to the groove hole, respectively. At this time, it is possible to surely prevent the play in the lateral direction of the curved chute 6 from occurring by the narrow gap 26 of the fitting slot 22.
