Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer guidance system that efficiently generates a slip described with a transaction amount, receivable even if a requested transaction amount is unclear in the visit of a customer.SOLUTION: An electronic bookkeeping machine 30 generates slip item data on the basis of input data even if the required fields of slips such as a transaction amount is not input, issues a number tag with the numbered receipt number described therein, transmits the slip item data associated with the receipt number to a server 20, and completes reception processing. A counter terminal 40 can efficiently generate a slip with the transaction amount described therein, by automatically reflecting the counting results obtained by counting the cash received from a client with a cash processing machine to the transaction amount, when the transaction amount is not present in the slip item data taken out from the server 20.
