Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which prevents generation of a margin area on a print sheet when data to be printed is encoded to become a two-dimensional code and is printed.SOLUTION: The printer comprises: a two-dimensional code image creating part 16i for creating a two-dimensional code image by using a margin area where is an area other than an area to which the two-dimensional code image is printed on a print possible area when the two-dimensional code is printed based on job data; and a printer part 15 for printing the two-dimensional code image created by the two-dimensional code image creating part 16i to the print sheet.
