To provide a cutter for visiting cards, or the like, which prints a sheet of A-size paper with visiting cards for plural sheets and cutting the paper to a prescribed visiting card size.

This cutter consists of a cutter body 1 and covers 2 and 3 which are openably and closably mounted at both surface sides of this cutter body 1. A user inserts the A-size paper between the one cover 2 and the cutter body and cuts the paper to a paper piece 18 along longitudinal slit grooves 4 and 4 disposed at the cover 2. The user inserts this paper piece 18 between the other cover 3 and the cutter body and cuts the paper piece to the visiting cards 19, 19, or the like, along transverse slits 5, 5, or the like, disposed at the cover 3.
