Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance working efficiency while marking on a material to be cut in a cutter by arranging a marking device on the end face of a cut piece the downstream of a cutting place in view from a material-fed direction.
CONSTITUTION: A material W to be cut is positioned at a cutting place by adequately feeding the material W to a material-fed direction. Then, a cutter 1 is properly operated to cut a section of cutting WP off the material W. In this way, after the section of cutting WP is cut off, a marking device 97 which is provided in the downstream of the cutting place in view from the material-fed direction is properly operated to mark on the end face of the cut piece WP, which has been cut off.
