To provide a plate glass cutting device having high cutting dimension accuracy and high cutting performance.
The plate glass cutting device comprises a moving table 11 for holding a large plate glass 2 substantially horizontally and conveying it in one direction, front stage rotation shafts 16, 17 that have a plurality of cutting grinding wheels 13 at a predetermined interval orthogonal to the conveying direction of the moving table 11 and cut the large plate glass 2 conveyed by the moving table 11, a turning mechanism 18 for turning the large plate glass 2 cut by the rotation shafts 16, 17 horizontally by a predetermined angle, and rear stage rotation shafts 19, 20 that have a plurality of cutting grinding wheels 13 at a predetermined interval orthogonal to the conveying direction of the moving table 11 and cut large plate glass 2 that is turned by the turning mechanism 18 by the predetermined angle and then conveyed by the moving table 11. The plate glass cutting device cuts the large plate glass 2 to a predetermined dimension.
