To provide a method of manufacturing cyanoacrylate-based polymer particles which is capable of manufacturing the particles with high uniformity of particle diameters; and to provide the cyanoacrylate-based polymer particles manufactured using the method.

The method of manufacturing the cyanoacrylate-based polymer particles comprises anionically polymerizing a cyanoacrylate-based monomer, to manufacture the particles comprising a cyanoacrylate-based polymer, wherein the above anionic polymerization is performed under the coexistence of a cyanoacrylate-based monomer and at least one saccharide selected from the group consisting of monosaccharides and disaccharides that have hydroxyl groups.
