As a different method, a pole is stood on both sides of the tip of the bonnet or a bumper in sides of the bonnet, and an eye part of a television camera is fitted on the pole, and a television screen is provided in front of a driver's seat. In Japan, especially in a city, in which residence are built so close to each other and many roads are narrow, generation of accident at the time of encounter is thereby prevented, and safety is secured.
