Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure rotational vibration and impact adsorption capability required in a damper for an engine to prevent failure of the damper, thereby improving a service life of a roller, without using a grease lubrication roller which is incorporated into a damper for an engine so as to enable autorotation and always revolves during driving of the engine.SOLUTION: A damper device for an engine has, between a driving wheel 2 and a driven wheel 3, a curved leaf spring 4, and a pressing member 5 contacting with a cam surface 11, wherein when the driving wheel 2 and the driven wheel 3 relatively rotates, the pressing member 5 presses the leaf spring 4 to elastically deform it, and with reaction force the leaf spring 4 generates, phase difference due to relative rotation between the driving wheel 2 and the driven wheel 3 is restored to absorb rotational vibration from the engine and impact in clutch connection/disconnection. The pressing member 5 comprises a slide bearing excellent in abrasion resistance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
