Abstract:

PURPOSE: To ensure slide ability and the liquidtight ability of each slide part without needing high-degree machining and assembly precision in addition to structure wherein an oil pressure during hydraulic lock is cut off.
CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic buffer 1 comprises an expansion contraction cylinder 2; a damper 3; and a suspension spring 2c. The damper 3 comprises a damper cylinder 5 with a built-in piston; and a piston rod 6 moved forward to and backward from a rod guide part 5a and coupled to a piston. An oil lock fit-in part 7 is protruded from the lock guide part 5a and a check valve 7b is eccentrically disposed to the inner peripheral side of a valve holding part 7c on the tip side thereof. A hole 7e through which the inside and the outside of rod guide part are intercommunicated is formed on the rod guide part 5a side of the oil lock fit-in part 7.
