Abstract:

To provide a detailed charging system.

An IC card 30 obtains status information indicating a use permission state of the IC card from a data processor 10 via a terminal 20, and sets a use state of the IC itself based on the obtained status information. When the status information is changed, the data processor 10 updates the status information indicated in stored management information for the IC having the changed status information, and provides the changed status information to the IC card 30. The data processor 10 generates charging information for preparing an invoice for a rental fee of a memory area used by an application stored in the IC card 30 based on stored IC card life cycle management information and application management information.
