Abstract:
PURPOSE: To continuously execute the data input processing regardless of drop- out of item data and to add data of a prescribed item to data in a master file.
CONSTITUTION: A data storing means 3 stores input data in a master file 2 whether key data in input data is stored in a reference data base 1 or not, and this means 3 stores key data in a storage device 51 of a storage means 5 if key data or a data item is not stored in the reference data base 1. After key data or the data item in the reference data base 1 is added or corrected by a reference data base correcting means 4, data having key data stored in the storage means 5 in the master file 2 is updated with corrected data by an update means 6.
