The data processing method is provided for smoothing a plurality of data corresponding to respective reference values, wherein the method comprises: a step (S103) where a plurality of data are made to correspond to respective reference values and successively plotted in the order of respective reference values and an inclination An-1 of the (n-1)th segment connecting a plot point of the (n-2)th data Dn-2 and a plot point of the (n-1)th data Dn-1 is calculated; a step (S105) where an inclination An+1 of the (n+1)th segment connecting a plot point of the n-th data Dn and a plot point of the (n+1)th data Dn+1 is calculated ; and a step (S106) where the n-th data are corrected so that an inclination An of the n-th segment connecting the plot point of the (n-1)th data Dn-1 and the plot point of the n-th data Dn becomes a summation average between the inclinations An+1 and An-1 .
