Title:
DATA PROCESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3675047
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the configuration of a data sampling part in a data processor at a GC/MS (gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer).
SOLUTION: An analog detection signal which is amplified by a preamplifier 10 at a gain of one times judges the value of first sampled data which is A/D- converted. Then the value is smaller than a prescribed value, a gain in a second A/D conversion is changed over to 64 times. In addition, a signal which is amplified by a preamplifier 13 at a gain of 64 times lowers the gain in the second A/D conversion to one times when the first sampled data which is A/D-converted is saturated. Then, by using the two first and second sampled data, their gains are added, and one measured data is computed. Thereby, in an analog part, a circuit which detects a saturation in the A/D conversion is not required.
