Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foreign matter from mixing or a seal from getting caught in deaerating a bag filled with contents including a fluid material.
SOLUTION: A bag mouth is pinched between a pair of pinching members 1 and 2. The member 2 consists of a body 3 and a slide 4 fitted therein, and a vacuum passage 6 is formed between the upper part of the slide 4 and the body 3, so that a recessed channel 9 with a constant depth is formed on the side of the pinching face when the slide 4 retreats. The presence of the channel 9 provides a part serving as a path connecting from the inside to the outside of the bag when the bag mouth is pinched (c). Thus air and the excessive fluid material in the bag are sucked out of the bag through the path and removed through the vacuum passage 6. Subsequently, when the slide 4 is advanced from the retreated position to press the part of the path (d), the fluid material in the path is pushed back from the path and is also removed through the vacuum passage 6.
