Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platelike object carrier which can surely prevent a platelike object from swinging and moving during the conveyance.
SOLUTION: A plate glass carrier 100 includes a frame 20 having a floor frame 21 and a strut 22, partitioning bars 40 standing on the floor frame 21 to receive a plate glass 10 therebetween, a pair of end panel frames 50 standing on the strut 22, and an upper bar 60 for holding the upper rim of the received plate glass 10. The end panel frame 50 includes eight vertically arranged pipes 51, a slide guide 52 and a stopper 53 anchored to the slide guide 52. A pair of opposite pipes 51 further have the upper bar 60 horizontally extending along the upper rim of the plate glass 10 secured to the pipe 51. When the plate glass 10 is to be carried, the upper bar 60 is mounted on the upper rim of the glass 10 to support the bar 60 by the frame 20 via the end panel 50.
