PURPOSE: To simplify the deburring process by inserting a plurality of bending punches into each penetration hole along the axis line of a die-casted product and bending the burr along the edge surface of the hole and carrying-out shot work, thus removing the burr on a plurality of penetration holes of the same time.
CONSTITUTION: The burr formed on the penetration hole 3 on a die-casted product on which burr is removed from the outer peripheral part is bent by a bending process. In the above operation, the die-casted product 1 is set onto a holding base 13 by a carrying-in apparatus, and a burr removing pin 14 equipped with a guide and a bending punch 15 are arranged at the position opposed to the die-casted product 1, and the pin 14 is arranged at the position opposed to the penetration hole 1a in the center part of the die-casted product 1, and the bending punch 15 is arranged at the position opposed to the penetration hole 3 in the side peripheral part of the die-casted product 1. When a movable base 12 is shifted to a fixed base 10 side by a piston, the die-casted product 1 is correctly positioned by the pin 14, and the burr formed on the penetration hole 3 on the die-casted product 1 is bent along the edge surface of the hole 3 by the top edge of the punch 15, and then shot work is carried-out.
