Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing decorative parts in a short time and neatly, namely, using an artificial leather without the occurrence of extrusion of fibers or burrs of glue in a fixation part, and provide the decorative parts and knob work made by the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: Decorative parts 100M are formed by folding a cloth material 10 into a three-dimensional shape, and fixing at least a portion of a part coming in face contact. The cloth material 10 is a raw material having an acrylic acid resin emulsion layer in two sides of the non-woven fabric and formed by each acrylic acid resin emulsion layer impregnated in the non-woven fabric. The fixation is made by bringing the acrylic acid resin emulsion layer coming in the face contact into thermocompression bonding in the part TCB for the fixation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
