PURPOSE: To obtain a multicolor decorative molding of a stereoscopic appear ance having a sufficient depth by providing a delustered coat layer, at least, on the surface of a multicolor molding including a transparent or translucent molded part.

CONSTITUTION: A mixture of transparent resin and opaque resin is injection into a die to form a multicolor molding 4 consisting of a transparent molded part 2 in which an opaque, e.g. strip molded part 3 is mixed. The multicolor molding 2 allows the interior of the transparent molded part to be seen through and the opaque strip molded part 3 is steroscopically recognized. The surface of the multicolor molding 4 is coated with a delustered coat layer 5 and consequently, a stereoscopic appearance is promoted by blurring the entire surface. Thus a delustered decorative molding 1 with a feeding of adequate depth and a satisfactory stereoscopic appearance is obtained.
