Abstract:
To provide a deodorant composition excellent in deodorizing effect and also its durability.
This deodorant composition contains a component A comprising water-soluble hydroxycarboxylic acid and/or water-soluble aluminum salt, preferably the bivalent or higher hydroxycarboxylic acid, and a component B comprising fatty acids being a liquid at normal temperatures. The composition further contains at least one substantially insoluble organic acid selected from the group consisting of citric, malic, tartaric, succinic and fumaric acids, and is characteristically nonaqueous.
