PURPOSE: To stabilize feeding by providing right 'and left rotatable screw rods at ends and providing a pair of holding members which can be moved along their axial direction, a guide groove provided along the vertical direction, a rotation supporting part which is vertically movable and can be in contact with a material roll and mounting rollers.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of mounting rollers 4,5 rotatably fitted into fixed shafts 2,3 are fixed in parallel to each other in a space opposite to right and left side plates of a main frame 1. A film material roll 6 is mounted with an inner peripheral face end and an outer end of a core of the material roll 6 supported with a supporting member in contact. A screw rod 7 is bridged over the frame 1, and a handle is fixed to a left side plate end. The material roll 6 is held at both ends by a pair of holding members 10 and is vertically movable in a guide groove provided vertically, while the roll is in contact with supporting members and rotatably supported. The film roll is securely held from both ends, so that it may not shift in position at the time of feeding the film out, thereby stably feeding the film.
