PURPOSE: To easily detach, without use of any instruments such as a knife, electronic equipment that is attached to an artificial satellite body panel via a filler.

CONSTITUTION: To apply a filler 4 between the mounting surface of electronic equipment 1 and an artificial satellite body panel 2; the threads of several handle-equipped strippers 3 are disposed between the mounting surface of electronic equipment 1 and the artificial satellite body panel 2, together with the filler 4. The handle-equipped strippers 3 each comprise a tough thread and annular handles connected to both ends of the thread. When an operator pulls the handles attached to both ends of the handle-equipped stripper 3 in the direction of the arrow, the filler 4 between the mounting surface of electronic equipment 1 and the artificial satellite body panel 2 is stripped off by the thread and the electronic equipment 1 can easily be detached from the artificial satellite body panel 2.
