Abstract:
To provide a method for detecting and quantizing biomarkers on a vesicle without dissolution or transmission processing, a composition and a kit, and to use a biomarker identified on the vesicle in a method for diagnosis and prognosis of a variety of diseases and disorders.SOLUTION: The present invention is a method which includes: a) a step providing a biosample including a vesicle; b) a step which brings a solid support body containing scavenger coupled to a solid support body into contact with the biological sample under the condition that the scavenger is selectively coupled to a first biomarker, thereby capturing a vesicle having the first biomarker on the solid support body; c) a step separating the solid support body from the biosample; and d) a step which detects a second biomarker on the vesicle captured on the solid support body by using a detection agent selectively coupled to the second biomarker, the step in which the vesicle is not dissolved or transmission processed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
