DETECTION OF CONDITION OF WORK ABOUT PIPING AT FLOOR THROUGH PART

PURPOSE:To enable the building of a complete fire prevention zone by a method wherein air is sent at a feeder damper at a specified floor while quantities of air dashing at a projected port of an exhaust damper at upper and lower floors to prevent omission about a floor through part of a piping equipped. CONSTITUTION:Air is fed to a feeder duct 4 with a blower to open, for example, a feeder damper D2. Then, an exhaust damper D4 and an exhaust damper D6 located at upper and a lower floors are opened. An exhaust damper D5 at a floor located in symmetry with the damper D2 is left closed. As a result, as a pressure within a floor within a pipe shaft 1 corresponding to the damper D2 rises slightly, if there is a clearance leading to a space where the pressure rises and a piping 2 equipped running through the upper and lower floors, air blown from the damper D2 with a duct 4 moves through upper and lower floors trough the clearance. Thus, a clearance between a slab 3 and the area about the piping 2 can be checked by measuring an amount of air running to the outside of the dampers D4 and D6 respectively located on upper and lower floors.
