PURPOSE: To replenish toner in a short time without clogging by providing a mechanism which can vibrate a net-like member provided near a toner replenishing port.

CONSTITUTION: A knob 6 where a finger is hooked on to rotate a ring 5 and an arm 7 for hanging the ring 5 to a main body 2 by using the elasticity are provided on the ring 5. Besides, the bottom part of the arm 7 is formed in a rugged and teeth-like state and it abuts on a net 4 when the ring 5 is fitted to the main body 2. Then, the toner dropping from a bolt 11 is replenished in the inside of a hopper device through the net 4 and started to be accumulated on the net 4. When the ring 5 is reciprocatively rotated while a toner container 10 is coupled to the toner replenishing port 1, the arm 7 is reciprocatively rotated on the net 4 while the teeth-like part thereof abuts on it. Besides, the net 4 is vibrated by the abutting movement of the teeth-like part of the arm 7 and the toner accumulated on it is sifted and fluidity is given to the toner. Then, it is made to drop in the hopper device. Thus, the toner is smoothly replenished.
