PURPOSE: To provide a device capable of collecting the fibrillated materials discharged from a dry process waste paper fibrillating device for loosening the waste paper and fibrillating the waste paper to a fibrous form exhibiting a cotton form by sorting the fibrillated materials to plural cotton type levels adjustable in cotton type level while separating the fibrillated materials from air flow.
CONSTITUTION: This device has a cyclone 1 to which the fibrillated materials are supplied together with the air flow from the dry process waste paper fibrillating device 50. While, for example, a plastic bag 2 is mounted at a lower takeout port 1b of the cyclone 1, a duct 5 provided with a flow rate regulating valve 4 is connected to an upper discharge port 1c of the cyclone 1. For example, a jute bag 3 is mounted at the terminal of the duct 5. The flow rate of the air flow including the fibrillated materials to the jute back 3 having a ventilation function from the cyclone 1 is changed, by which the fibrillated materials discharged from the dry process waste paper fibrillating device 50 are collected adjustably in the cotton type level by sorting the fibrillated materials to the two cotton type levels in this example, while the fibrillated materials are separated from the air flow.
