PURPOSE: Winding shafts fitted to both ends of a mounting belt are removably and fixably attached to the main unit of the device which reciprocally supports an ultrasonic transmitter and receiver, whereby the detection of any flaw in the pipings, etc. having been installed in adverse environments is safely performed through remote control with a short preparation time.
